Returns
How to return a product
You can return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order. Decants that have been used more than necessary to assess the fragrance (for example, used several times) or that have been damaged are excluded from this 30-day period. Under your statutory right of withdrawal, any resulting diminished value is deducted from your refund.
- Request your return. Email us at info@petitniche.com with your order number and the products you want to return, or use our online withdrawal form.
- Wait for our instructions. We will review your request and email you the return instructions. Fragrances contain alcohol and are restricted in transport, so please do not send anything before you have received our instructions.
- Send the products back. Pack the products carefully and send them to us as instructed.
Return costs
The direct costs of returning products are paid by the customer. If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, Petit Niche covers the return costs.
Refunds
We refund via your original payment method. If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
Withdrawing from your purchase
You can also exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Use our online withdrawal form.
