Withdrawal & Returns
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. After giving notice, you have a further 14 days to send the products back to us.
On top of this statutory right, Petit Niche voluntarily offers a 30-day return period. This is an additional service and it does not limit your statutory rights.
How to withdraw
You may use any of the options below. You do not need an account, and you do not have to give a reason.

- Model withdrawal form — complete the form below and send it to us by email or post.
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email, stating the date and time on which we received it.
Used or damaged decants
You may only test a decant to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. If a decant has been used more than necessary to assess the fragrance (for example, used several times) or has been damaged, you are liable for the resulting diminished value under Article 6:230s(3) of the Dutch Civil Code. We deduct this from your refund; depending on the extent of use or damage, this may amount to the full purchase price. Used or damaged decants are also excluded from our additional 30-day return period.
This does not affect your rights if a product is damaged, defective or incorrect upon delivery.
Sending the products back
Please return the products without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal. Contact us first and we will provide suitable return instructions — fragrances are subject to transport restrictions, so please do not send them through a carrier or shipping service that prohibits them. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return costs.
Refunds
We will reimburse the payments required by law, including standard outbound delivery costs where applicable, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
