Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. After giving notice, you have a further 14 days to send the products back to us.

On top of this statutory right, Petit Niche voluntarily offers a 30-day return period. This is an additional service and it does not limit your statutory rights.

How to withdraw

You may use any of the options below. You do not need an account, and you do not have to give a reason.

3. Model withdrawal form — complete the form below and send it to us by email or post.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email, stating the date and time on which we received it.

Withdraw from my purchase

Sealed decants

Every decant is delivered with a hygiene seal. Under Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken after delivery. If you break the seal of a decant, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase of that decant, and it is also excluded from our additional 30-day return period.

Decants with an intact, unbroken seal can be returned as described on this page. This does not affect your rights if a product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Sending the products back

Please return the products without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal. Contact us first and we will provide suitable return instructions — fragrances are subject to transport restrictions, so please do not send them through a carrier or shipping service that prohibits them. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return costs.

Refunds

We will reimburse the payments required by law, including standard outbound delivery costs where applicable, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
